Good takeaways. The growth mindset is most difficult for me. We want to change and grow. And I sometimes feel our culture 'punishes' us for change, or what I would call a risk. My change this week: I went rock climbing at Edgeworks.

Elis and I have been enjoying this book too. A lesson that I really liked was, when it comes to finding a solution to a problem, don't waste your time focusing on analysis that is true but useless (tbu), instead find the "bright spots" and study what they're doing that's working. Sometimes the bigger the problem, the smaller the solution.
