And in a learning organization, EVERYONE Learns... we don't get it by osmosis. We have to read and study and apply what we learn and show others how to do things. Thats where the Grit comes in. Most adults recoil at the thought of classes and learning the old fashioned way. But remember, Jesus was a teacher and He said Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations.. If we hope to do that we must read and study and tell others what we have read and how we interpret and apply the learning to our lives. Every great organization uses cascade training where the leaders teach and each level cascades the information to the next... Keep learning and teaching, its a life long journey.. when you stop learning you stop living.. Study to find thy self approved... Great stuff David..
