Great information and excellent insight!
It has been said that managment is developing processes for other people to do things that need to be done by the most efficient method. The reward is getting to do it again..

While leadership is showing people how to do things and then letting them do it the best way they can. Then rewarding the best efforts of those who succeed and continuing to coach those who are attempting to succeed.

Very true. The CEO affects the vision and direction of an organization. However, the relationship between an employee and his/her direct supervisor has more influence on individual productivity, growth, and job satisfaction.
