Physical exercise is a good substitute for drugs and alcohol. you can get high on natural sweat, I wonder if Seattle Storm or UW Basketball would donate used Basketballs?? Does the YMCA, Bally's, 24 hr fitness, LA Fitness or others have any used gym equipment? Maybe Alvin could chase down these ideas... I like the idea of improving the fitness room for NLS and NLPs.
