Valuable lessons on leadership, kindness, compassion, and tough love, and always have fun at whatever you do.  There weren&#039;t many of us in the early days, and often you did double and sometimes triple duty, just to get the job done. Joe was tireless and was gifted. I&#039;m grateful for his leadership and training.  God bless him!</description>
