Our Mission Youth Program has had its own site and blog for sometime now and it is a great and fun resource for the youth we serve. Katy Lafferty has posted an interview with one of our students about what its like to be homeless. Give it a watch and you’ll see why we need a new, better Family Center. http://trmyouth.blogspot.com/2008/04/interviews.html

We are so blessed to have James & Katy for our TRM youth. They are creative leaders who work with passion and love…every day.
Katy I loved this interview with Lauren. I have watched her grow into a delightful young lady as you continue to mentor her and influence her future by displaying the values of a gracious woman. Lauren’s first day at the Mission was the beginning of fresh opportunities and fulfilled dreams.
Thank you for taking care of these wonderful children! It’s so sad to think of anyone having to live on the streets but it is heart breaking to know that there are children out there. God bless your efforts to make their lives safer and more enriched! I pray that each and every child who stays in a Mission bed with be wrapped in the arms of Jesus for all the nights of their lives.
